In his role at Flagship, Biondi works with growth company CEOs and their teams to achieve the best attainable value for each company and serves on the boards of selected Flagship companies, including Seres Therapeutics and Valo Health. Biondi joined Flagship following many years at Bristol-Myers Squibb where he held senior leadership roles in both business development and research and development.
