AstraZeneca wins over UK doctors

More than 600 primary and secondary care doctors were asked to vote for representatives they valued in terms of communication skills, technical skills as well as for those they most enjoyed meeting. AstraZeneca was the most highly rated but a number of smaller firms also did well compared with the bigger companies, including Takeda, Ferring and Eisai.

The complete Top Ten are as follows: Eli Lilly, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Janssen Cilag, Sanofi-aventis, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Merck Sharpe & Dohme.
