Massachusetts Medical Society, publishers of the New England Journal of Medicine, launched a new medical journal targeting pediatricians and physicians that treat young adults.

Journal Watch Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine summarizes relevant studies from almost 30 journals and provides commentary from its own eight physician-editors. JWPAM, published ten times yearly, is the newest edition to the Journal Watch family, which scans current medical literature and summarizes targeted content for physicians in ten subspecialties.

F. Bruder Stapleton, MD, Ford/Morgan professor and chair, department of pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine and pediatrician-in-chief of the Children's Hospital and Medical Center of Seattle, is editor-in-chief.
