Using Integrated Scenario Planning to Drive Success in Clinical Development

This event is now available on demand.

Event overview

As complexity in the biopharmaceutical industry grows, making optimal clinical development decisions has become increasingly difficult and more important than ever. Companies must effectively integrate a growing number of factors in real-time to optimize spend and bring drugs to market efficiently. This is challenging as it requires cross-functional collaboration, an iterative process, and real-time analysis.

Please join us for a webinar where we discuss reasons why integrating multiple perspectives is crucial for effective clinical development planning. We will also showcase how sophisticated analytical software tools, powered by clinical benchmarks, optimize clinical development planning.

Three key take-aways

  • Learn how real-time integration can support effective and timely clinical development decisions around aspects such as market access, comparing alternative development options, and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
  • Enhance your development plans using integrated scenario planning and analytical tools.
  • Use IQVIA Pipeline Architect, a data-driven, web-based tool, to improve and speed up your company’s decision making.
