Tiara joined Accessia Health in 2013 as a Program Manager, assisting with the execution of patient programs. Since joining the organization she has also served as Director of Operations and VP of Operations, overseeing call center operations and implementation of patient programs. In 2022, Tiara was promoted to SVP of Programs and Policy where she had strategic and imperative input in the design and execution of Accessia Health service lines and ancillary services.
Appointed Interim CEO in June of 2023, Tiara brings in-depth expertise to the role, including previous work with state health departments and national nonprofit organizations. Her experience spans a variety of focuses, including health insurance enrollment, diabetes, sickle cell disease, preconception health, and overall wellness.
She is a hands-on leader dedicated to fostering organizational growth and coaching staff members to expand their leadership skills. Tiara’s visionary mindset and a decade of organizational knowledge have assisted Accessia Health in growing its health education offerings to patients. She earned her BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and her MSEd from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, focusing on community health and health promotion, respectively.

Craig Martin is President of Rithm Health, a firm he founded in 2018 to provide executive services and strategy, business development, partnering and communications counsel for growth companies in biotech and health technology. Craig’s background includes nearly three decades of experience in consulting across health, life sciences, technology, and healthcare markets, working with industry, providers, patient groups, and government institutions.
Having worked extensively over the past two decades in the rare disease space and precision medicine, Craig previously served as Interim CEO of Global Genes. His history with the organization goes back more than a decade and includes serving as Chair of the organization’s Corporate Alliance for five years and more than five years on the board of directors.
Craig also worked as a Global Principal for Biotech and Health Technology with Ogilvy Consulting, based in Cambridge and New York, and served as CEO of Ogilvy’s Feinstein Kean Healthcare, a specialized consultancy focused on biotech, technology, and related fields. Craig has held leadership positions within health and life science-focused businesses based in Cambridge, Washington, DC, New York, and Brussels. He is a frequent commentator and panelist, discussing key issues impacting innovation in rare disease.
