Event Overview:

Join us for a lively fireside chat with Kristin Cova, PharmD, Director, Regional Medical Advisors, Myovant and Chris Medeiros, Director, Strategic Solutions, H1

Chris and Kristin have been on the frontlines of pharma having worked in field Medical Affairs and with Medical Affairs teams from pre-launch planning to commercial market launch. It’s a high visibility role with a heavy lift to both engage the right HCPs and KOLs as well as bring strategic, data-driven value to their organizations.

But what no one saw coming was a pandemic that would change everything: the ways MSLs prepared; engaged; and strategized as well as an enhanced focus on driving HCP behavior that will have real-life downstream impact on patient outcomes. It’s a tall order.

We’ve got a lot to unpack. Join us for this informational conversation. We’ll take audience questions and ask a few of our own such as:

  • How did the skill set required for MSLs change during and after the pandemic?
  • How can MSLs outreach be integrated and effective in larger organizational goals?
  • How is impact measurable?
  • What exactly are we measuring?
  • What are some best practices for data to support these efforts and how do we surface insights that can support finding the right experts, rising stars, diversity insights, centers of excellence, networks of influence and a way to measure MSL impact?

Key Learning:

  • How the role of MSLs changes during and after the pandemic
  • How MSL outreach can be integrated and effective in larger organizational goals
  • How MSL is impact measurable and what is critical to measure.
  • Best practices for data to support these efforts and surface insights that can support finding the right experts, rising stars, diversity insights, centers of excellence, networks of influence.
