Luke’s career is focused on developing and delivering data-driven insights that empower life sciences organizations. He has more than 20 years of experience enabling these capabilities through the application of real-world data, big data technologies, and modern data science. He currently manages IQVIA’s global business for the Human Data Science Cloud – a composite set of global healthcare data, technologies, methodologies, and data science capabilities that can be applied to R&D, Real World Evidence, and Commercial business needs. Luke is a trained scientist with over 10 years of scientific research experience in both ophthalmology and infectious disease and 17 years of experience developing and executing data and informatics strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Biochemistry, a Master’s Degree and PhD candidacy in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Florida.
