ThePrix Galien recognizes the technical, scientific and clinical researchskills necessary to develop innovative medicines .The Prix Galien wasinaugurated in the United States in September 2007 under the auspicesof an exceptional awards committee that includes 7 Nobel Laureates.

On September 24th, the second Prix Galien Awards ceremony took place indramatic fashion at the Museum of Natural History in New York City.
