Pfizer and Morgan State University Launch Vaccine Fellowship

Article

Pfizer and Morgan State University’s program, a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) Fellowship in Vaccines Medical Development, will officially begin on August 30th. The collaboration with Morgan State University is part of Pfizer’s continued partnership with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

The two-year program aims to expand the number of minority scholar practitioners in the fields of medical development, as well as vaccine-related real-world data and analysis. The program will provide fellows the opportunity to:

  • Contribute and lead in medical, clinical, and scientific affairs related to vaccines.
  • Partner with key thought leaders, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups to identify areas of unmet medical need.
  • Gain invaluable training and networking opportunities to pursue a successful career in the biopharmaceutical industry.
