Mary Szela SVP, Pharma Operations, Abbott
With more than 20 years at Abbott, Szela, age 45, is making her way through the ranks. She started her career at the University of Illinois Hospital, and then headed up Abbott's hospital products division (now Hospira). Since joining the pharma side, she's led commercialization on several brands, including Humira, and in 2007 was named to lead the Rx biz.
