eyeforpharma Conference Tackles Cross-Functional RWE

Last month in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on April 25-26, the eyeforpharma 5th Annual Real World Evidence Europe conference was attended with around 250 pharma industry leaders, payers, and subject matter experts. The conference agenda was comprised of current challenges, latest innovations and future trends in RWE, a subject of great interest to many key stakeholders in drug development.

The two-day event saw speakers grappling with important ideas centered around RWE including the necessity for cross-functional working within companies; patient centricity; value-based outcomes for healthcare systems; the challenges related to RWE terminology; challenges regarding reimbursement and payment models; the practical application of cross-functional working in RWE; and much more.
