Greg Perry

Greg Perry is Assistant Director General, IFPMA. Greg joined IFPMA in 2018 bringing with him more than 20 years’ leadership and advocacy experience in the public healthcare arena. Greg leads IFPMA’s policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement in global health topics including innovation, access, and the international regulatory environment. Prior to joining IFPMA, Greg was Executive Director of the Medicines Patent Pool for five years. Amongst the positons that Greg held in the past, include head of the European Generic Medicines Association for 13 years, in Brussels. Has also served as a Parliamentary Advisor to Members of the European Parliament and a partner in a UK public affairs company as a European Union policy advisor to corporate and non-governmental organizations including being a former member of the Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office (SACEPO).
