Welcome to Pharmaceutical Executive Daily, your quick briefing on the top news shaping the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

In today’s Pharmaceutical Executive Daily, Hims & Hers partners with Eli Lilly to sell Zepbound and Foundayo directly on its platform at self-pay prices starting at $149 a month, Novo Nordisk terminates its research collaboration with Korro Bio, and the FDA grants accelerated approval to Johnson & Johnson’s Rybrevant Faspro for previously treated head and neck cancer.

Eli Lilly and Hims & Hers entered an agreement allowing prescribed patients to access self-pay pricing for Zepbound and Foundayo directly on the Hims & Hers platform, rather than being redirected to LillyDirect. Self-pay pricing starts at $149 per month for Foundayo and $299 per month for Zepbound, with both companies committing to protect independent clinical decision-making and confirming Hims & Hers will not offer compounded copies of Lilly’s GLP-1 medicines.

Novo Nordisk terminated its research collaboration and license agreement with Korro Bio, effective February 1, 2027, ending a cardiometabolic RNA-editing partnership under which Korro earned no milestone payments. The deal had already been paused for 12 months, and Novo never nominated a second target under the original agreement’s terms.

Finally, the FDA granted accelerated approval to Johnson & Johnson’s Rybrevant Faspro, an EGFR-MET bispecific antibody, for adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and a checkpoint inhibitor. In the Phase Ib/II OrigAMI-4 trial, 102 patients showed a 42% response rate, including 15% complete responses, marking the drug’s first indication outside lung cancer.
