Verix, an artificial intelligence (AI) provider for the pharmaceutical industry, is acquiring start-up.ai, an organization of specialists that helps businesses improve their processes using AI and machine learning. With the team being fully integrated into Verix, startup.ai CEO Shahar Cohen will transition to Verix CTO.
