Veeva Systems announced yesterday that Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) is going to expand its implementation of Veeva Commercial Cloud in key markets outside the U.S. BMS will add Veeva CRM Events Management to improve managing field events by streamlining approvals and reducing complexity in the process. It will also leverage Veeva CRM Approved Email to support an integrated, tailored customer engagement experience.
Veeva also announced Veeva CRM MyInsights-its new cloud-based data visualization capability that provides actionable insights in Veeva CRM for planning and decision making. Customers can leverage existing Veeva CRM MyInsights dashboards or develop custom insights of their own.
Additionally, Veeva announced that 100 customers have adopted its system Veeva OpenData for up-to-date and complete customer reference data. Veeva OpenData delivers access to around 20 million healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their healthcare organizations (HCOs) crossing 39 countries.
